Delivery
2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Cash on delivery, or a bank transfer before dispatch. Nothing is charged when you add a handset to your cart. We confirm the delivery charge with you before we send it.
If it is not what you expected
- Check the phone before you pay the courier — the condition report on the listing is what you are agreeing to.
- If it does not match that report, refuse it at the door. With cash on delivery you have paid nothing, and the handset comes back to us for re-checking.
- If you paid by bank transfer and refuse the handset, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will arrange the refund by hand.
